Application
The SVG gas volume control valves are used for volume adjustment of gas supply to gas consuming devices. For higher control accuracy, the SVG control valves can be used with reduced nominal size (reduced by one or two nominal sizes). This eliminates the need for reducers.
The desired flow rate is set via the valve position with an opening angle between 0°and 90°.
The butterfly valves have a smooth-running disc. The disc is also optionally available with a swing-through sealing system to reduce the minimum volume flow when the valve is closed.

Aluminum or stainless steel housing
DN: 40 to DN 150, reduction by 2 nominal sizes possible.

Hydrogen
The SVG gas volume control valves have been tested by TÜV SÜD Industrie Service GmbH for suitability of natural gas-hydrogen mixtures as well as hydrogen as a flow medium.
